Richmond Hotel Utsunomiya-ekimae

I LIKED ALMOST EVERYTHING. ESPECIALLY THE AMAZING AND DELICIOUS BREAKFAST. 😃😃 IT'S THE BEST!!! AND THE STAFF IN THE RESTAURANT WERE ALL SOOOOOOOO WELCOMING. ALWAYS SMILING AND CHECKING ON THEIR GUESTS TO FIND OUT IF EVERYTHING WAS SATISFACTORY. AND IT WAS. 😃😃 THANKS TO THE KITCHEN STAFF AND THE CHEFS. 😃😃😃 TWO WOMEN AT THE FRONT DESK WHO I BELIEVE WERE MANAGERS OR ASSISTANT MANAGERS, WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH WEL, WERE AMAZING. (SORRY I FORGET THEIR NAMES.) THANK YOU TO THOSE TWO WOMEN. THEY REALLY HELPED ME A LOT WITH PROVIDING DIRECTIONS TO SITES MY HUSBAND AND I WANTED TO SEE. THEY VERY INFORMATIVE. 😀😀😀😀 I ALSO LOVED THEIR UNIFORM. ESPECIALLY THE RED ROSE ON THEIR NECK SCARF. SO SOPHISTICATED AND ELEGANT. "BEAUTIFUL LADIES " 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

This is a reliable hotel to stay while visiting Utsunomiya. We stayed at a few of the Richmond Hotels while visiting Japan and they were all a good choice. I liked breakfast, comfy rooms and easy check in and check out.

Close to shops/restaurants & railway station. The staff were excellent.

Spacious room. Very good breakfast. Have a choice of having Jap/ Western breakfast at the Richmond Hotel Annex which is just across the street.

I have stayed in many different hotels in the Utsunomiya station area the last several years, but this one was by far the best! Location is excellent, right outside the station, the facilities were extremely clean, the staff were so friendly right from the moment I walked in the door. Room was bigger than most of the standard rooms here in Japan. Excellent all around!
